Booking T&C's
For bookings where a deposit is required to secure your table, please note that this is non-refundable until the end of your visit where it will either be taken off your final bill or refunded to the original payment card. This can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed with your bank.
For certain booking sizes/occasions we may ask for a pre-order to be submitted to ensure that we have enough ingredients in stock for our chefs to prepare you and your parties selected meals. For bookings that are made less than 5 days in advance, the pre-order will need to be submitted when making the booking or within 24 hours. In this instance we will do our best but can't guarantee everything will be available for your visit due to the short notice and our use of fresh ingredients.
On busy days we may only be able to hold your table for 15 minutes past the time of your booking so please let us know if you are running late.
For tables of 8+ guests, a discretionary service charge of 10% is added to your bill. 100% goes to our team.
For Blue Light card holders a 10% off of food is offered at all times with parties up to and including 6 guests. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Our "We Love Mondays" offer isn't available on bank holidays and during December.
For Festive Menu bookings, a £10pp deposit is required when booking and a pre-order submitted for all bookings (see above). For bookings made with less than 5 days to the date of your visit, a pre-order will need to be submitted at the time of booking or within 24 hours.
For Christmas Day bookings, a £20pp deposit is required when booking and a pre-order along with full payment submitted for all bookings by the 1st December or at the time of booking/within 24 hours if after this date.
